Jonathan Duncklee is the Vice President of Duncklee Cooling and Heating and over the years he has run the company through economic highs and lows. Over the years his staff has grown from eight employees to as many as 35. Jonathan takes excellent care of his staff, and five of his employees have been with the company for more than ten years and one gentleman has been with the company for 33 years.

The employee that nominated him described him as everything a boss should be and said that he has shown compassion, caring and strength, as a man, and as their leader.

While Jonathan has cared for his staff’s well being he has also been extremely active in the community working with Hygienic Art, Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Garde Arts Center, the Eugene O’Neil Theater, MASH, Hospice of SECT and most recently The Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center’s Campaign to Preserve Coogan Farm.

Jon is dedicated to the community of Southeastern Connecticut and is a cheerleader for everyone in our region. One of the common phrases you will hear from him is, “When you buy local, we all win,” and he can’t be more right! Jon is always willing to go out of his way to lend a helping hand or an encouraging word to those around him and Mystic is truly a part of his heart and soul. We are so grateful to Jon for being a committed business man and a committed member of our community.
